Lee Sang Woo is positively considering Warm Words

Lee Sang Woo is positively considering a new drama, but insiders reported that he has already signed the contract to join the upcoming SBS Mondays-Tuesdays drama “Warm Words“.

Goddess of Marriage writer has wasted his acting talent – lead character who only appeared less than 5 minutes per episode. Are you kidding me, writer-nim? Lee Sang Woo deserved much better treatment, so I’m excited that he’ll be back to the dramaland soon. Although he’ll be playing as a second lead, and probably will end up with nobody in the end; I’m fine with it. =)

Warm Words is written by Ha Myung Hee (Can We Get Married) and is directed by Choi Hyeong Hun (Five Fingers, Ob/gyn). Have to admit that I had a hard time digesting the first few episodes of Can We Get Married because of its realistic storyline and the annoying bride’s mother. Not to mention that the main OTP kept saying they wanted to break up every time they faced a problem. When I watched CWGM, somehow I thought the OTP was really immature. 😀 But the writer did a great job in developing their characters, as well as the secondary and supporting characters that I felt in love with them in the end. So I believe in this writer, I believe she’ll appreciate Lee Sang Woo’s acting talent and write a decent story for his character.

Lee Sang Woo will play as Han Hye Jin‘s husband, he will complete the love squares with Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo who will be playing a married couple in crisis as JJH’s character is having an affair with Han Hye Jin’s character. Messy love square story of two married couples; this sounds familiar, the plot is quite similar with the current jTBC drama Your Neighbor’s Wife.

Warm Words (Kind Words) premieres on December 2, 2013 after Suspicious Housekeeper ends. Rating-wise, it will compete with Empress Ki and Lee Bum Soo and Yoona’s drama Prime Minister and I.
